1. No Returns / No Refunds
All international orders are final sale.
Due to cross-border logistics and high shipping costs, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any international orders.
2. Custom Duties & Taxes
We aim to ship orders using a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) method, so no additional customs charges are expected at delivery. However, in rare cases where duties are applied by local authorities, they will be the responsibility of the customer.
3. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
If an order fails to deliver due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to pay customs, the order will not be refunded.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare case of a damaged item, customers must send an unboxing video + photo proof within 48 hours of delivery.
After review, we may offer a replacement or store credit, at our discretion.
