Standard Orders
Each embroidered product takes approximately 2–3 working days to prepare, including embroidery, finishing, and quality checks. Shipping time is additional and depends on your location.
Express Orders
Need it sooner? Express orders receive priority processing and are prepared within approximately 1–2 working days. Once ready, your order is shipped via air using the fastest available shipping option, with an estimated transit time of 2–3 days after dispatch.

At Kaihama, every order is freshly prepared. A lot of time and high-quality fabric are needed to manufacture your custom order. We don't accept return requests due to this. However, you can contact our representative if you are unhappy with the product.
Damaged Item
Send us an email at team@kaihamastore.com with the essential information if you believe you received the product in poor condition or the packaging is damaged, and we'll make sure to send you a brand-new package at no additional cost or Refund the money.
Size Issue
Based on the way our brand sizes fit on the product page, we have provided the size chart on the website. so that the customer's size selection is not complicated.
However, if a customer orders the incorrect size unintentionally and it does not fit, we can get it replaced. However, Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A digital return label will be provided, which should be printed and affixed to the outer packing of the return shipment. Please ensure the package is securely sealed to prevent tampering.
